Generally, orders received by 2:00 pm EST M-F are shipped the same day and most are shipped within 24 hours of receipt (1 business day). However, please understand that due to overwhelming volumes, orders can be delayed an extra day. All customers are emailed shipping confirmation and tracking number once the package goes out. USA orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 day service. International orders are shipped via USPS Global Express 3-10 day service. All orders are protected by our 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee! If you do not receive an email, check your SPAM filters.
